Elle stabilise le mental pour mieux laisser circuler l\u2019\u00e9nergie en soi. Ses premiers bienfaits sont <strong>d\u00e9tente, apaisement int\u00e9rieur<\/strong> et meilleure <strong>r\u00e9sistance au stress<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans sa d\u00e9finition (en sanskrit), le mot \u00ab\u00a0yoga\u00a0\u00bb signifie relier, unir.<br>Cette discipline est pratiqu\u00e9e en Inde depuis des mill\u00e9naires. En Occident, il est abord\u00e9 le plus souvent par la <strong>pratique des postures<\/strong>, qui est une de ses composantes. Cette focalisation permet au mental de <strong>se mettre en pause<\/strong>, aux tensions de <strong>se d\u00e9nouer<\/strong> et au corps de <strong>retrouver son \u00e9quilibre<\/strong> naturel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La pratique : des effets au quotidien<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re permet <strong>d\u2019habiter son corps<\/strong> de fa\u00e7on plus harmonieuse et consciente. Elle am\u00e9liore alors <strong>ses capacit\u00e9s d\u2019attention et de concentration<\/strong>, apporte <strong>force et vitalit\u00e9<\/strong>. Elle permet aussi une meilleure <strong>connaissance de soi<\/strong> et une <strong>ouverture <\/strong>dans la <strong>relation<\/strong> \u00e0 soi et \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Ainsi, le yoga se d\u00e9cline sous plusieurs formes, formant des variantes ou <strong>des courants<\/strong> qui vont plus sp\u00e9cifiquement correspondre aux besoins des uns ou des autres. C\u2019est un yoga qui peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 par tous.
