C\u2019est \u00e0 dire que chacun.e pratique ce qui est bon pour lui ou elle. Si vous avez besoin de chaise, elles sont \u00e0 disposition et l&rsquo;enseignant.e vous conseille sur son utilisation. Si vous souhaitez intensifier les postures, demandez \u00e9galement \u00e0 l&rsquo;enseignant.e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous transmettons un <strong>yoga respectueux de la personne<\/strong>, qui peut permettre \u00e0 <strong>tous les publics de pratiquer<\/strong>. Chaque participant.e peut y trouver quelque chose \u00e0 maintenir, renforcer ou d\u00e9velopper, selon son \u00e2ge, ses moyens, ses attentes\u2026 Du jeune adulte au senior, chacun y trouve son compte.<br>V\u00e9rifiez dans notre <a href=\"https:\/\/centredeyoga-lyon-jean-mace.org\/index.php\/le-yoga\/foire-aux-questions-sur-le-yoga\/\">Foire aux questions<\/a>\u00a0: <em>a priori<\/em> vous \u00eates en capacit\u00e9 de rejoindre une s\u00e9ance collective et de pouvoir pratiquer \u00e0 votre rythme. <strong>Au besoin, vous pourrez aussi rejoindre notre <a href=\"https:\/\/centredeyoga-lyon-jean-mace.org\/index.php\/le-yoga-pratique-et-effets\/yoga-doux-tres-adapte-sur-chaise\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"5172\">s\u00e9ance de yoga doux\/tr\u00e8s adapt\u00e9<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Votre enseignant.e est \u00e0 votre service. Ses conseils personnalis\u00e9s vous permettront de recueillir le maximum de bienfait pour votre corps et votre mental&nbsp;: <strong>intensifiez les postures si vous le pouvez<\/strong>, <strong>mod\u00e9rez l\u2019intensit\u00e9 au contraire si l\u2019effort est trop important<\/strong>. Une posture de yoga est par d\u00e9finition \u00ab&nbsp;aboutie&nbsp;\u00bb quand vous vous y installez le mieux possible aujourd\u2019hui, sans vous faire mal et en pouvant respirer pos\u00e9ment. Elle sera diff\u00e9rente la semaine suivante, car votre corps, respiration et mental auront \u00e9volu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A cet effet, nous pouvons vous proposer coussin, <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Zafu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">zafu<\/a>, banc, <a href=\"https:\/\/centredeyoga-lyon-jean-mace.org\/index.php\/le-yoga-pratique-et-effets\/yoga-adapte-chaise-prevention-sante\/yoga-sur-chaise-et-yoga-seniors\/\" type=\"page\" id=\"5100\">tabouret, chaise<\/a>, brique en li\u00e8ge, <a href=\"https:\/\/wellnesspourtous.com\/bolster-yoga\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bolster<\/a>, sangle ou tout autre support qui vous aide \u00e0 rentrer dans la posture et \u00e0 ressentir ses effets.<br>Les personnes qui \u00e9prouvent des difficult\u00e9s dans les postures y trouveront une aide pour les aborder sans risque. La r\u00e9p\u00e9tition des mouvements et le travail sur la respiration va <strong>stimuler votre concentration<\/strong>, tout en <strong>apaisant votre mental<\/strong>. Le yoga aide \u00e0 <strong>g\u00e9rer les \u00e9motions<\/strong> et \u00e0 <strong>\u00e9viter le stress<\/strong>. Nous pouvons surveiller tout le monde dans la s\u00e9ance. Nous sommes tout le temps disponibles en cas de difficult\u00e9 dans une posture. Notre vigilance permet de pouvoir vous proposer les \u00e9ventuelles adaptations n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des cr\u00e9neaux adapt\u00e9s en matin\u00e9e et en journ\u00e9e<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous proposons des <strong>cr\u00e9neaux r\u00e9guliers toutes les semaines<\/strong> (sauf vacances scolaires), du lundi matin au jeudi soir. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, chaque jour : <br>&#8211; 2 cr\u00e9neaux le matin, vers 9h puis 10h30<br>&#8211; 1 cr\u00e9neau durant le temps de midi vers 12h30<br>&#8211; 2 cr\u00e9neaux dans l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi vers 16h30 ou 17h, puis vers 18h30<br>&#8211; 1 cr\u00e9neau en soir\u00e9e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vous trouverez donc certainement un horaire qui puisse vous convenir<\/strong>!
