Privil\u00e9giez l&rsquo;amplitude du mouvement en respectant la respiration : les mouvements vers la droite et la gauche se font sur le souffle sortant et les retours vers le centre (position de d\u00e9part) sur le souffle entrant. \u00ab\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Nigel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>Le yoga est une pratique corporelle : merci d&rsquo;utiliser ces documents dans le respect de votre corps, \u00e9ventuellement sur les conseils d&rsquo;un enseignant ou sur avis m\u00e9dical.
