Elle se compose de deux exercices \u00e0 pratiquer isolement ou \u00e0 la suite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>La notation \u00ab\u00a02 : 1 : 2 : 1\u00a0\u00bb identifie le temps \u00e0 consacrer \u00e0 chacune des 4 phases respiratoires utilis\u00e9es pour les <\/em>Pr\u00e2n\u00e2y\u00e2ma <em>: inspiration, suspension \u00e0 plein, expiration, suspension \u00e0 vide.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Position<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Asseyez-vous dans une position qui permet de tenir le dos droit :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>sur une chaise avec les plantes des pieds au sol<\/li><li>au sol, les jambes crois\u00e9es, avec, \u00e9ventuellement, un coussin, un bloc ou un banc de m\u00e9ditation sous les ischions de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 \u00e9viter le dos rond<\/li><li>en V\u012br\u0101sana avec un bloc sous les ischions afin de ne pas stresser les genoux<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Respiration<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Respirer longuement et profond\u00e9ment par les narines en favorisant le mouvement de la cage thoracique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"> Pratique propos\u00e9e par Nigel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>Le yoga est une pratique corporelle : merci d&rsquo;utiliser ces documents dans le respect de votre corps, \u00e9ventuellement sur les conseils d&rsquo;un enseignant ou sur avis m\u00e9dical.
